Thank you for shopping with Drone Explor. We want you to have a great experience with our drones, batteries, and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, parts, and included items must be returned.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

The product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, crashes, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Due to safety and shipping regulations, batteries must be returned in accordance with applicable carrier and shipping requirements.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

Used or damaged drones

Batteries that have been used, damaged, swollen, modified, or improperly stored

Items missing original packaging, accessories, or parts

Gift cards or promotional items where applicable

Please wait for return approval before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged

The wrong item was sent

The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Warranty and Product Use
Drone Explor products should be operated according to the manufacturer's instructions. Damage caused by crashes, misuse, improper charging, incorrect storage, modifications, or accidents may not be covered under return, refund, or warranty requests.
