Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take longer. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping address, shipping method selected, and carrier availability.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Import procedures

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package when required.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, Drone Explor cannot guarantee recovery or reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for replacement shipments.

5. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.

  • Customs policies vary by country and may cause delays.

  • Drone Explor is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities.

6. Drone Battery Shipping

Many drone batteries use lithium-ion technology and may be subject to transportation restrictions.

Drone Explor ships batteries according to applicable shipping regulations and carrier requirements.

Customers are responsible for following local laws regarding:

  • Importing drone batteries

  • Using and storing lithium batteries

  • Transporting batteries

Battery shipments may require additional handling time or may not be available for certain locations due to shipping restrictions.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Drone Explor is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product.

  2. Keep all packaging materials.

  3. Contact us as soon as possible at cciparsons.mmaris@gmail.com.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.
